The founders of the Reformed Episcopal Church can be thought of as having launched their own reformation. The movement has more than 100,000 adherents in the United States and Canada (Smith and Green 1995: 765). But perhaps of most importance are two textual points which indicate the significance of this relationship to Augustine.
