But there are definitely times when the editing of the show exaggerated or misconstrued the reality. During that same trip to Cabo, I had to go to dinner with the cast—whom I wouldn’t normally go to dinner with—and Stephen was mouthing “I love you” and being incredibly sweet to me even though we were broken up. But during editing, the producers made it seem like he was saying a lot of that to the other girl he was “seeing” and that I was rolling my eyes at him, which wasn’t the case. Pretty deceptive!

My gut told me a thousand times to run the other way, but my insecurity kept me around for all of his BS. I’m just glad I had enough self-respect to end it with him after I found out about Ms. NYC. He showed up at my house begging to get me back, and I’m proud that I finally told him to hit the road. Another guy actually called the paparazzi on us.

Make sure to wash your hair before getting out of the tub. Coconut oil is great because one wash and it’s gone. After the bath, moisturize with body oil and whatever moisturizer you like for your face. All the while, make sure to check yourself out in your bathroom mirror naked. The more time I spend with my naked self, the more I appreciate my body, especially while pregnant.
